Terms and conditions

Last updated: 8 July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms are an agreement between you and LiveNow.bio. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. The service

LiveNow.bio lets you create a public link-in-bio page at livenow.bio/<username>, generate QR codes, and create short links. Plans that include social tools let you additionally connect social media accounts to schedule content and view analytics through integrated third-party social platforms.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know in advance.

3. Accounts and usernames

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Your username determines your public page address. Username changes are subject to a cooldown period that varies by plan, so choose carefully. Usernames are not property: we may reclaim usernames attached to inactive accounts, and we may reclaim or moderate usernames and pages that infringe someone else's rights, impersonate others, or violate these terms.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

The service is offered on a free plan and several paid plans. Each plan's current price, features and limits are described on the pricing page and at checkout, and may evolve over time.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor, and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. When a subscription ends, your account moves to the Free plan and anything above the Free plan's limits may stop working or become read-only.

5. Your content and acceptable use

You own the content you publish on your page, in your links, and through connected social accounts, and you are solely responsible for it. By publishing content through the service you give us the limited permission we need to host, display, and deliver it on your behalf.

You may not use the service to publish or link to:

  • content that is unlawful where you or your audience are located;
  • content that impersonates another person, brand, or organisation;
  • spam, scams, phishing, malware, or other deceptive or harmful material;
  • content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

We may remove content, disable pages, links, or QR codes, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Custom domains

Users on a plan that includes custom domains may connect one to their page. You must own or control any domain you connect, and you remain responsible for its registration, renewal, and DNS configuration. We may disconnect a domain that you no longer control or that is used to violate these terms.

7. Third-party social platforms

Social features such as scheduling and analytics work by connecting your accounts on third-party social platforms. Those platforms have their own terms, which you must follow, and they control their own APIs: they may change or restrict access in ways we cannot prevent, which can affect scheduling and analytics features. You can disconnect a social account at any time from your settings.

8. Analytics

The service records clicks and scans on your pages, short links, and QR codes so we can show you aggregate analytics — for example click counts, scan counts, and similar statistics visible to you as the page owner. Analytics are provided as-is and may be approximate; they are not a guarantee of audience size or engagement.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or remain inactive for an extended period. When an account is closed, its public page, short links, and QR code destinations stop working.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveNow.bio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits, lost audience, or lost data — arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects you, notify you through the service or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
